Suction and delivery hose with an inner lining, designed for use with a wide range of highly corrosive chemicals. Chemical resistance charts must always be consulted to ensure the hose is compatible with the intended application.
Temperature range: –30 °C to +90 °C.
Electrical conductivity: Continuous, embedded copper wire R < 10⁶ Ohm/m – Type M.
Inner lining: Transparent ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with an EPDM backing layer.
Reinforcement: High-tenacity polyester cord. High-tensile steel wire helix (BS EN 10324:2004).
Outer cover: Blue, smooth synthetic rubber (EPDM). Resistant to chemicals and atmospheric influences.
Working pressure: 16 bar. Safety factor 4:1.
Vacuum rating: –0.85 bar.
Marking: White stripe.
Ends: Plain ends.
