A high-resistance hose designed for the suction and discharge of petroleum products at jetties.
A smooth-bore jetty hose designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with BS EN 1765:2016 (formerly BS 1435).
The EN 1765 jetty hose is intended for the transfer of petroleum-based products between jetties and vessels under all operating conditions.
Temperature range: −30 °C to +100 °C
Electrical continuity: Supplied with or without an integrated copper wire, according to customer requirements
Inner lining: Black nitrile rubber (NBR), resistant to up to 55% aromatic hydrocarbons
Reinforcement: High-strength polyester cord; high-strength steel wire helix (BS EN 10324:2004)
Outer cover: Black smooth chloroprene rubber (CR), resistant to oil, abrasion, and weathering
Marking: According to customer requirements
Ends: Vulcanized, integrated hose fittings with flanges
