A high-resistance oil product unloading hose designed for use at quaysides.
A smooth-bore dock hose designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with BS EN 1765:2016 (formerly BS 1435).
The EN 1765 dock hose is intended for the transfer of petroleum-based products between quays and vessels under all types of operating conditions.
Temperature range: −30 °C to +150 °C
Electrical continuity: Supplied with or without a continuous embedded copper wire, according to customer requirements
Inner lining: Black nitrile rubber (NBR) – suitable for up to 55% aromatic hydrocarbons
Reinforcement: High-strength polyester yarns
Outer cover: Black smooth chloroprene rubber (CR), resistant to oil, abrasion, and weathering
Marking: According to customer requirements
Ends: Vulcanized, integrated hose fittings with flanges
