Hose reducers are designed to absorb vibrations and noise transmitted between pumps, collection sumps, and associated equipment. They ensure a smooth flow transition between pipelines and the suction and discharge connections of slurry pumps, using both eccentric and concentric reducer configurations.
Precise matching of internal diameters is critical for long service life and reliable operation. Combined with abrasion-resistant rubber compounds, this approach delivers market-leading performance at minimal cost. This is achieved through the use of high-quality natural rubber processed with advanced, modern manufacturing technologies.
Hose reducers are manufactured individually to the required length, with integrated flange options that allow direct bolting to pump suction or discharge flanges. Every aspect of standard compensator hose construction can be customized to meet specific operating requirements, including internal diameter, length, working pressure, as well as the composition and thickness of the abrasion-resistant inner lining.
