A suction and delivery hose with an internal lining designed for handling a wide range of highly corrosive chemicals. The flat corrugated surface provides additional flexibility, allowing the hose to be installed with a smaller bending radius.
Chemical resistance charts should always be consulted to ensure the hose is compatible with the intended application.
Temperature range: −30 °C to +90 °C.
Electrical conductivity: Continuous, integrated copper wire R < 10⁶ ohms (M class), Type M.
Inner lining: Transparent ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) on an EPDM backing.
Reinforcement: High-strength polyester cord. High-tensile steel wire helix (BS EN 10324:2004).
Outer cover: Blue flat corrugated synthetic rubber (EPDM), resistant to chemicals and weathering.
Working pressure: 16 bar. Safety factor 4:1.
Vacuum rating: −0.85 bar.
Marking: White stripe.
Ends: Plain ends.
