A high-resistance hose designed for unloading petroleum products at port quays.
A smooth-bore quay hose designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with BS EN 1765:2016 (formerly BS 1435).
The EN 1765 quay hose is intended for the transfer of petroleum-based products between quays and vessels under all operating conditions.
Temperature range: −30 °C to +100 °C
Electrical continuity: Supplied with or without a continuously embedded copper wire, according to customer requirements
Inner lining: Black nitrile rubber (NBR) – suitable for up to 55% aromatic hydrocarbons
Reinforcement: High-strength polyester cord
Outer cover: Black smooth chloroprene rubber (CR), resistant to oil, abrasion, and weathering
Marking: According to customer requirements
Ends: Vulcanized, integrally bonded hose fittings with flanges
