A heavy-duty submersible suction and discharge hose. Designed for underwater applications, featuring a robust construction suitable for intensive use. The outer cover material offers high abrasion resistance and is designed for long-term immersion in seawater. Typically compliant with the EN 1765 standard.
Temperature range: −30 °C to +100 °C
Electrical continuity: Supplied with or without a continuously embedded copper wire, according to customer requirements
Inner lining: Black nitrile rubber (NBR) – suitable for up to 55% aromatic hydrocarbons
Reinforcement: High-strength polyester cord; high-tensile steel wire helix (BS EN 10324:2004)
Outer cover: Double-thickness black smooth chloroprene rubber (CR), resistant to oil, abrasion, and weathering

End fittings: Vulcanized, built-in hose fittings with flanges
