Beaded end captive one-piece flange
A steel ‘wedge’ section ring is fully encapsulated in rubber and fabric to create
a bead. A one-piece rotatable fl ange sits on the body of the hose against and on
top of this bead. Elimination of a conventional hose tail allows the hose to begin
fl exing immediately behind the fl ange. This is useful for applications requiring
a tight bend radius and a more uniform curvature. A beaded end is capable of
signifi cant end loading.

Heavy duty option of standard beaded type for higher pressure applications and
with greater resistance to increased loads to hose assembly end connections.
Working pressure range is up to 25Bar.
